Fantastic holiday rental apartment for 8 people in the hart of La Carihuela - Torremolinos
Very nice and completely renewed (2018) apartment in Torremolinos between Carihuela Beach and the lovely port of Benalmádena with breath taking view to the Mediterranean Sea.
Entering into the apartment there is a large hall with access to all the rooms.
The living room area at the left and a fully equipped kitchen at the right.
The living room is luxury furnished and contains a dining area and a big leather sofa with a super-large flat-screen smart TV and Apple TV.
From this area there is direct access to the south-faced terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view and swimming pool view.
This terrace contains a dining table for 6 to 8 persons.
The apartment has four spacious bedrooms.
Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the other two have double single beds.
There's sleeps for 8 people in total, with the best quality mattresses.
The apartment has a second terrace which is facing north-west with a view of the street next to the apartment, perfect for sunbathing.
Every room is equipped with air conditioning, and the air conditioning can be set for each room individually.
The apartment has 1 private parking spot in the garage area that can be used.
In the community area there is a swimming pool area which is open all year.
The apartment is located at 100 meters from the beach and at walking distance to the city centre, with direct access to a lot of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc.
The apartment can be reached within 15 minutes from the airport by rented car or taxi.
From the airport there's a train with a 10-minute ride from the airport to a nearby station, El Pinillo (Torremolinos).
There is also, every 20 minutes a metro-train to Malaga centre.
