Security deposit of 500,- EUR will be returned within 7 days time after check out.
Thinking of our environment and responsible handling of energy we want you to notice, that in case of excess use over 100,- Euro per week for electricity, air-conditioning or heating, we will charge an extra amount of 0,25 EUR per KWh.
Meter readings will be done with the check in and with the check out.
