If this is not done an additional cleaning fee of € 50 will be charged as compensation. This is a no-smoking property. Total number of occupants may not exceed the quoted number. If one of the above house rules is broken guests can be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund. There has to be a minimum of two adults above the age of 30 years old present. If this is not the case please request permission to Freehome Estates to approve an exception. If there are not 2 or more adults of the age of 30 or higher and this exception has not been agreed, the reservation can be cancelled by Freehome Estates with no refund.
