The apartment is very bright and has modern interior design.
Entering the apartment to the right, you have a very spacious living room.
This large space can be separated into 2 individual rooms by sliding door, if needed for privacy.
In one part of the living room you will find the sitting area with an elegant and comfortable corner sofa and the TV set, in the other part of this large living room, you have dining area for 8 people, all furnished with modern and sophisticated style.
Guests just love to enjoy any meal while having a spectacular view over the well maintained communal gardens towards the Mediterranean sea.

The living room is enclosed by so called 'glass curtain system' that enables you to open the entire area and in an instant transform it into a beautiful 'outdoor terrace' , yet with all the comfort of the quality furniture and great design around you.
From the hallway, you can enter the fully fitted kitchen. Behind the kitchen there is a laundry area.
The apartment comprises of 3 bedrooms in total.
One large master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and built-in wardrobes.
From the master bedroom you have also access to the terrace.
The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds.

You can park your car in the communal underground garage from where an elevator brings you up to the 2nd floor.

The tropical communal gardens are wide and well maintained and offer 2 large pool areas, where also smaller and shallow children's pool is situated.

From the apartment you can walk within 10 minutes to the charming harbour of Cabopino, where you find numerous good bars and restaurants.
The beaches here have fine sand quality and are considered to be some of the best beaches of the whole coast.
Cabopino is located 14 km eastward from the heart of Marbella with its lovely old town center, the parks and of course the famous Promenade 'Paseo Maritimo'.
You can reach the center of Marbella within 10 minutes driving and the vibrant and well known harbour of Puerto Banus is approx. 20 minutes by car.
For people who enjoy playing golf, there is a large number of high class golf courses around, in a range of 5-20 minutes driving.
Further more there are lots of activities available like water parks, animal parks such as Selwo Marina in Benalmádena with dolphin shows or Selwo Aventura Safari Park in Estepona, a Butterfly park or watching Crocodiles in Torremolinos.
