Villa El Pinar enjoys a pleasingly convenient location in the delightful resort of Cala San Vicente/Pollença, being within three hundred metres of the sandy beach and only five hundred metres from the resort centre. The busier towns of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa are both just a short drive away. The villa´s swimming pool is arranged in a raised terrace behind the house, reached by a flight of steps from a terracotta-paved patio which runs around the villa, surrounded by a narrow lawn. The pool itself has a sunny poolside terrace and there´s a shaded patio next to the house from which sliding doors open into the lounge/diner. A compact, yet well-equipped kitchen adjoins the lounge and the villa´s ground floor accommodation is completed by a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and French windows opening onto the pool-facing terrace. Upstairs, one of the twin bedrooms has an en suite shower room and the other two share a bathroom. One bedroom also has a small French-style balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Very family friendly. Car hire not really necessary. Bus transfers to Port de Pollensa and Pollensa old town daily.
