This spectacular 4 bedroom 3 bathroom beachside penthouse is in an amazing location within the secure beachside urbanisation Bahia de Marbella, less than 200 metres from the beach overlooking the beautiful tropical gardens and swimming pools.
The apartment has four bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the top floor with ensuite bathroom and a private south facing terrace. On this floor is the fourth bedroom with a single bed that can be turned into a double bed, this room also has its own bathroom.
The south facing private large terrace has comfortable lounge furniture to lay back, relax and enjoy the breathtaking sea views.
The urbanisation has two communal pools and a children’s pool with the added bonus of a pool bar to enjoy a nice cool drink.
For families with children there are many attractions in the surrounding areas, visit the local waterparks, the Selwo Safari park in Estepona, see the dolphins at Selwo Marina in Benalmádena, the Wakeboard/Waterski park in San Pedro or climb the trees at Amazonia Adventure Park in Elviria (only 5 minutes in the car).
Also ideal for golfing holidays as there are many golf clubs nearby – Marbella Golf Club, Santa Clara, Rio Real and Santa Maria Golf Club are all within 3 to 5 kilometres in the car.
