This Casa is a very comfortable privately owned holiday home essentially for the use of our own family and friends.
We enjoy its peaceful surroundings set in beautiful Spanish style gardens and shaded by a fully grown Jacaranda tree.
The front patio overlooks the swimming pool and we really enjoy sitting out in the evening sun, relaxing with a drink and watching the Mediterranean sea.
There is a shopping centre at the entrance to the urbanisation and this has a Carrefour supermarket, a bank, newsagents/ booksellers, dry cleaners, tapas bar/café, internet café,hairdressers, superb Indian restaurant and International bar and restaurant.
Mijas is about 15 minutes drive or you can take the bus by the shopping centre. The aquaparks at Fuengirola and Torremolinos are about 10 minutes by car with Malaga being about 20 minutes by train. Malaga is a beautiful city with its harbour, cathedral and, of course, the world-famous Picasso museum.

Notes
We have installed Fujitsu General, remote-controlled air conditioning which is super quiet and can also be used to provide heating in the cooler months. The house is next door to the pool so it is easy to keep an eye on the children from your terrace. We also provide a good quantity of glass and tableware, a cocktail shaker (essential) and we have a full range of baby and toddler items available. The house will be cleaned to a very high standard prior to your arrival and bedlinen and towels (except beach towels) will be provided. There is also a safe for your valuables. We work harder to create that home-from-home for you.

All of the garden areas are communal and tended daily by our own gardener. The pool is cleaned daily and the water tested to ensure good quality bathing. There is also a shower. In the lower garden area are two swings and a slide and these are very good quality, hardwood construction. There are many palm trees, jacarandas and a feature bougainvilla hedge at the lower entrance to Mi Jardin.
