Large, luxurious and modern Townhouse with Scandinavian design in the best location of Marbella! Merely meters to the boulevard and the best beach of town!

This townhouse is spacious, fresh, recently refurbished and is located within easy walking distance to everything. The beach and boulevard are just meters away, the supermarket is at a few minutes walk, restaurants are around the corner and both the old town and Puerto Banus at walking distance. Both of these walks are very entertaining walks through nice areas filled with amenities.

This townhouse also has some great facilities included! There is a very large community swimming pool which is located right on the beachfront. Therefore, those who love the swim but prefer the pool over the sea, this is the perfect place! Adjacent to the big pool there is also a children’s pool.
A lifeguard is present to keep an eye that all goes smooth.

Also, there are many facilities that are included and can be used such as a tennis court, padel court and small football pitch. Furthermore there is a children’s playground and green park right in front of the house. All this belongs to the urbanisation so is for your use yet well kept and never too busy.

The house itself has been refurbished from the inside and decorated to a high Scandinavian standard.
It is spread out over 3 different floors and has gardens with terraces on both sides and a slight seaview from the top floor terrace.
The house is spread out in this way:

Ground floor:
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with very stylish design, comfortable couches, fauteil, design furtniture as well as a large television (international channels) and the inside dining table for 8.
Furthermore there is the kitchen with breakfast bar as well as a garden on the front of the house and a garden at the back of the house. Both of these gardens are decorated with great lounge furniture for you to enjoy the outside life! In the front garden there is also a dining table and a BBQ. This terrace can be covered for those that prefer to get away from the sun for a bit.

FIrst floor:
The first floor features 2 bedrooms, each with their own private en-suite bathroom.
Both are very large rooms with plenty of cupboard space. The master unit has a bathroom with bath as well as a small couch and desk in the room. The other one has a shower and overlooks the park.

Second floor:
On the second floor there is another bedroom and private ensuite bathroom with shower.
Furthermore there is a seperately accesible large southwest facing terrace with a lounge area. For those that cannot get enough of the sunshine, this is the place in the house! You’ll find a few sun loungers and lounge furniture here. In the hallway, just outside the terrace there is a guest toilet.

There is centralized airconditioning throughout the bedrooms and living room.

For people travelling with kids that do not want to take the car for every little thing, this townhouse is the perfect place!!
