To the rear is the barbecue terrace and utility area with automatic washing machine.

The hot water is electrically heated so a good supply is assured and there is no messing with pilot lights.

The beach is a short walk and there are bars and restaurants.
The local beach bar has tarmac parking so you could pack a picnic and head for the sea.

At the entrance to the urbanization is a new shopping centre which has a Carrefour supermarket, a bank, newsagents/ booksellers, tapas bar, dry cleaners, internet café, hairdressers, superb Indian restaurant and stylish Spanish bar/ restaurant.
