Near the Puerto Marina of Benalmadena the apartment is located on the coast near Carihuela Torremolinos and Benalmadena Marina and has a fantastic location on the beach, shops and restaurants.
Just a 15-minute drive away from the airport of Malaga and the car is not necessary.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is of course a lift.
It is a corner apartment, which means that there is a possibility of the Sun on one of the terraces throughout the day.
You can start with a nice cup of coffee on the terrace on the East, which belongs to a bedroom and has a view of both the beach and to Malaga.
The terrace is on the southwest corner and beautifully furnished with chairs, tables and canopies.

The inside is really nice and the whole apartment is beautifully decorated with high-quality furnishings.
The main room of the apartment is the open kitchen/dining room with direct access to the terrace the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and a built-in deep Fryer if you still want to try to get some of the delicious deep fried squid.
There is a small pantry connected to the kitchen, which includes a washing machine.

The living room is really nicely decorated with bright leather furniture, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels and WiFi internet access of course.
In the middle of the room stands a beautiful glass dining table where you can enjoy some amazing dinners with views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The apartment has a separate sleeping area, which consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 double bed, fitted wardrobe, air conditioning and ceiling fan, tv, dressing table and chairs. En-suite with bath and shower spa. A view of the sea.
Bedroom 2 double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Bath en-suite with shower. Private East facing terrace with views of Malaga and the sea.
Bedroom 3 2 single beds, wardrobe, air-conditioning. Accessible bathroom with shower. Very views is air conditioning throughout the apartment.

The beach and the promenade are right outside the door.
If you want a more private swimming, then you can use one of the two swimming pools belonging to the apartment complex.
Definitely a must this luxury apartment for the perfect holiday experience.
