The house is built to high standards with marble flooring, double glazing windows and sliding doors, AAA airconditioning units from Panasonic and alarm system.
There is space to park 2 cars secure and privately.

RULES & RESTRICTIONS: ===================== -
Please remember that smoking is not allowed in this property.
Total number of occupants cannot not exceed the quoted number. -
Please be informed that we cannot hand over the keys of the property before we have received the full payment including the security deposit. -
There is a minimum of two adults required above the age of 30 years old.
If this is not the case please inform us as we are obliged to request approval. If we do not receive prior approval your reservation can be cancelled by the agency with no obligation to refund. -
Upon departure all rubbish must be removed from the property.
If this is not done an additional cleaning fee of € 50 will be charged. -
Your Security deposit will be refunded per bank transfer between 5 and 15 days after departure if everything is in order. -
If one of the above house rules is broken guests can be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund.
