This very special villa is situated in one of the most luxurious and quiet urbanizations of Marbella (Los Monteros) with 24h security and very close to the best sandy beaches on the Costa del Sol.

The Villa is located in a dead end street and therefore very quiet with lots of privacy.

Entering from the main gate with space for private parking (carport) you are welcome inside by the entry hall with a staircase and a nice gallery, followed by the very bright, open and spacious living- and dining room from where you can go directly to the big covered terrace with comfortable furniture and a second dining table outside that offers enough space for 8 people.

While sitting on the terrace you can enjoy great view over the private garden with the swimming pool and a covered bar-lounge area.

From the kitchen you can go directly outside to a patio style corner area with table and chairs.

On the upper level there are 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and an access to the big upper terrace and balcony which is built in the typical andalusian style with colourful tiles.

There are several high class golf courses near by, like Santa Clara Golf (6km), Marbella Golf (8km) or Los Naranjos Golf (8km).

La Cabane Beach Club is offering a rich buffet style food of fresh fish, seafood, salads, pastas and meat, also featuring many individual sun-beds, VIP cabins with swimming pool and bar directly on the beach in a wonderful panoramic scenario.

*Please notice that in July and August (high season) there is a minimum stay of 2 week booking required.

Thinking of our environment and responsible handling of energy we want you to notice, that in case of excess use over 100,- Euro per week for electricity, air-conditioning or heating, we will charge an extra amount of 0,25€ per KWh.
Meter readings will be done with the check in and with the check out.
