Both in the garden and near the swimming pool there are sunbeds available for the guests.

For families with children there are many attractions in the surrounding areas, visit the local waterparks, the Selwo Safari park in Estepona, see the dolphins at Selwo Marina in Benalmádena, the Wakeboard/Waterski park in San Pedro or climb the trees at Amazonia Adventure Park in Elviria (only 5 minutes in the car).

Also ideal for golfing holidays as there are many golf clubs nearby – Marbella Golf Club, Santa Clara, Rio Real and Santa Maria Golf Club are all within 3 to 5 kilometres in the car. Marbella Royal Tennis Club is within walking distance who offer private lessons for both beginners and better players along with the additional services of a chiropractor and masseur.

* Dear guest; Please be informed that we can NOT hand over the keys of the property before we have received the full payment including the security deposit.

Thinking of our environment and responsible handling of energy we want to inform you that in case of any excess use for electricity (air-conditioning or heating), over 100€ per week, we will charge an extra amount of 0,25€ per kWh.

* For checking out before 8.00 AM or checking in after 6.00 PM we charge an additional 30€
Upon departure all garbage must be removed from the property by the rental clients. If this is not done an additional cleaning fee of € 50 will be charged as compensation.
This is a no-smoking property.
Total number of occupants may not exceed the quoted number.
If one of the above house rules is broken guests can be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund.
There has to be a minimum of two adults above the age of 30 years old present. If this is not the case please request permission to us to approve an exception. If there are not 2 or more adults of the age of 30 or higher and this exception has not been agreed, the reservation can be cancelled by us with no refund.
We strongly advises you to arrange independent travel insurance that will cover any unforeseen events and/or cancellations.
