All of these different features make this villa the perfect house for a family holiday. There is always something to do for everybody within the family.

Inside the house you will find 6 bedrooms and sleeping area for 12 in total.
There is one bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor. The spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located on the first floor. This bedroom also has a spacious terrace with open views.
The other 3 bedrooms are found on the pool level. One of these three has an en-suite bathroom and the other two share one bathroom together. One of these two bedrooms is fitted with two double beds making it ideal for families with small children.

The pool level floor is furthermore equipped with a laundry room and bar area. The bar area opens up directly to the outside pool area.

On the ground floor level there is a very spacious and light kitchen and comfortable living room. The living room is bright and modern and has sliding doors onto the outside dining and BBQ area. There is a good gas BBQ there for you to be used.

The living room, master bedroom and bar area are fitted with televisions with international packages. So those that want to watch their native shows or football matches, not to worry…

The location of the villa is private yet close to everything. Being right in the heart of Nueva Andalucia it is just a few minutes down to the beach and Puerto Banus. Also, the many restaurants, bars and nightlife of Nueva Andalucia is easily accessible within a few minutes drive.
