A new villa in the hills adjoining the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The villa is between Velez-Malaga and Arenas. There is a private swimming pool. The villa is. It is equipped with all modern conveniences. The sea is just twelve minutes away by car. The swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace. You can relax on the sunloungers and soak up the sun. The terrace enjoys delightful views of the surrounding area.

In Velez-Málaga (6 km) you will find supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy and everything you need for a carefree holiday. The distance to the sea is approx. 10 km, in Torre del Mar there is a pretty sandy beach a pleasant boulevard and a wide offer of shops, terraces and restaurants.
The capital of the province and relaxed harbour town of Málaga with a beautiful old centre and a medieval castle is just 35 km away, and the glitzy Marbella can be reached in 1 hour. Nerja is a great beach resort within short distance. Here, you will find the wide sandy beach Burriana Beach with a lovely bay surrounded by the mountains. The white mountain village Frigiliana is worth a visit, it has been elected most beautiful mountain village of Andalusia.
Walkers will find paradise in the region; there are endless walking paths through hills and along rivers. The large 'La Viñuela' lake offers lots of water sports facilities and its location is lovely. The famous cities of Granada with the world famous Alhambra, and Córdoba are ideal day trip destinations (respectively 2 and 3 hours drive). Near Granada you can ski all year round in the Sierra Nevada, and a varied holiday with sun and snow is also a possibility.

Please note: The last 500 metres to the holiday home are on a concrete road with an angle of approximately 20%. This road is easy to drive, but you should be careful. Therefore the road is suitable for persons with enough driving experience. Stay in first gear and you will have no problems. The caretaker will drive in front of you the first time.
