Fabulous villa and guesthouse in large, private gardens. The villa has French doors in all rooms facing the expansive, flat lawns, making this a very easy and comfortable way to live.
There are several seating areas, both in shade and sun, and we have two roofed areas for dining, one by the pool and the other overlooking the sea.
The urbanisation is one of the oldest on the Costa del Sol and the villa plots are large, making this a peaceful area, yet within easy reach of all activities based along the coast.
There are several Championship golf courses nearby and a driving range within 0.5km. Gym, tennis and padel close-by. Beaches, many of them with Blue Flags, are within a 10 minute drive as is Aqua Park, Selwo Marina, Fuengirola Zoo and Benalmadena Marina

Views Villa - Sleeps 8 , 4 bedrooms
Master Bedroom: double bed with French doors leading straight out to the pool. Wood beamed ceiling and wooden floor. En-suite dressing room with wall to wall wardrobes leading in to bathroom with bath, large walk-in glassed shower, sink and separate loo.
Girl's bedroom: this room is adjacent to master bed. Solid wooden bed with trundle bed underneath. Wardrobes, bookshelves and storage.
2nd double bedroom; double sleigh bed. French doors out to garden. En-suite with walk-in shower, double sink and loo.
Separate boy's bedroom with separate bath/loo.
Large entrance hall with guest loo. Playroom with PlayStation 2 and small TV and toys. Dining room, TV room with flat screen and Sky+, DVD, various DVD´s and stereo.

Large kitchen, island with 3 bar stools, desk with internet connection (ADSL and Wifi). Dishwasher, gas hob and oven. Masses of crockery, glasses etc. All table linen and bed linen included. Fridge. Big freezer, washing machine and drying facilities outside

Guest House - Sleeps 6/7 (3 Bedrooms)
Bedroom 1: double bed, terracotta floor, 3 windows, 2 built-in wardrobes and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: double bed, 1 window, terracotta floor, 2 built-in wardrobes and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3 with solid wood bunk beds and pullout floor bed.
Bathroom with built-in bath and hand shower. Rustic, Spanish hand-made tiles. Big walk-in shower with glass doors. Basin. Terracotta floor. Cupboards.

Ikea kitchen units with gas hob, fan, fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven. Extendable kitchen/dining table in front of French doors with view of the gardens.
We have a washing machine outside with natural drying facilities!


Open living room with sofa and seating. Bookshelf with a selection of books in English and Swedish. TV with UK satellite, DVD player and video. Library of children's films and some for grown ups.

Towels and linen included.
Villa: Central heating/air-conditioning throughout.
Guest House: There are heaters/air-conditioning units in the 2 double bedrooms and in the main living/kitchen area. A portable air-con is available for the bunk bed room.
The pool is fenced and the garden flat apart from a couple of stairs down to a lawn.
We include 2 hrs cleaning of the villa every morning, except weekends. Sheets/towels will be changed weekly. Extra cleaning or baby sitting available at cost.
Remarks
 
There is a large (16m x 8m) private pool with a plain iron fence. A diving board and slide is available, although if small children are around, the slide should not be set up as the steps are outside and go over the pool fence.

The gas BBQ is situated next to the pagoda which is a fabulous area for evening meals as it overlooks the Mediterranean.

There are several shaded and sunny seating areas for cocktails, dining, reading, playing or sunbathing. Table linen, tables, chairs, cushions and lanterns are available to use outside.
The villa sits in large lawns with several tropical plants, roses, orange, lime and lemon trees (please feel free to pick one for your evening drink!). Use of basketball hoop, football goal, wooden play house, pool toys etc.
