The holiday villa in Marbella is situated in a quiet natural surrounding on the hills between Elviria and Marbella at 3 Km from the sandy beach of El Rosario - Marbella. Elviria is well known for the famous Nikki Beach resort and the five star Hotel Don Carlos. In the immediate surroundings of the holiday villa you find several renowned golf courses including the famous Valderrama Golf Course, the Marbella Golf & Country Club, Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club and La Quinta Golf. Elviria has its own shopping mall with several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. The holiday villa is located at 4 km from Elviria and only 7 km from the luxurious and famous Marbella with his beautiful marina Puerto Banus. Marbella offers clean beaches, elegant shops such as Gucci and Armani, clubs, art, top class restaurants, sport clubs and a casino. If you think Marbella is just a tourist interest for its beach side life and Mediterranean weather, you are wrong. There is much more to see, and the best part is its “Casco Antiguo” the Old town, situated in the centre of the Marbella, and only a few hundred meters from the beach and boulevard. In the pretty narrow little streets, set in an arabesque style, and structures that date back as far as 11th century, you’ll find shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, live music, etc. The central attraction of Old Town is the Orange Square or “La Plaza de los Naranjos”.
