Beautiful spacious 6 bedroom 5 bathroom holiday villa with amazing views in El Rosario, close to the white sandy beach, at a ten minute drive to the center of Marbella.

The villa has a lovely private garden with a great swimmingpool, and a gazebo for those who prefer a poolparty in the shade, with amazing panoramic views over the mountains and the sea.

This Villa has beautiful open plan living areas and fully fitted kitchen, beautiful terraces also on the first floor, with a lot of privacy and amazing views.
Soak up the sun and take a dip in the private pool to cool off, relax in the shade, with a cool drink.
Dine under the stars on the large terraces, there is a gas BBQ available.

It is only a short stroll to restaurants and a supermarket, a tennis court and fitness, only a five minute drive to the beach and two different golfcourses.

There is an inside and outside alarm system.

For families with children there are many attractions in the surrounding areas, visit the local waterparks, the Selwo Safari park in Estepona, see the dolphins at Selwo Marina in Benalmádena, the Wakeboard/Waterski park in San Pedro or climb the trees at Amazonia Adventure Park in Elviria (also only 5 minutes in the car).

Thinking of our environment and responsible handling of energy we want to inform you that in case of any excess use for electricity (air-conditioning or heating), over 100€ per week, we will charge an extra amount of 0,25€ per kWh.
* For checking out before 8.00 AM or checking in after 6.00 PM we charge an additional 30€
Upon departure all garbage must be removed from the property by the rental clients. If this is not done an additional cleaning fee of € 50 will be charged as compensation.
This is a no-smoking property.
Total number of occupants may not exceed the quoted number.
If one of the above house rules is broken guests can be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund.
There has to be a minimum of two adults above the age of 30 years old present. If this is not the case please request permission to approve an exception.
If there are not 2 or more adults of the age of 30 or higher and this exception has not been agreed, the reservation can be cancelled by with no refund.
We strongly advises you to arrange independent travel insurance that will cover any unforeseen events and/or cancellations.
